Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Vodka of choice
- 0.5 oz. coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlúa / Borghetti)
- 1 oz. Espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
- 0.75 oz Cassia Burnt Sugar Syrup
Directions
- Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice & shake until tin is frosty.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans, toasted marshmallow, shaved chocolate, etc.
