Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Vodka of choice
  • 0.5 oz. coffee liqueur (e.g.  Kahlúa / Borghetti)
  • 1 oz. Espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
  • 0.75 oz Cassia Burnt Sugar Syrup

Directions

  1. Add ingredients  to a shaker filled with ice & shake until tin is frosty.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with coffee beans, toasted marshmallow, shaved chocolate, etc.
