Because we use real ingredients in our syrups, we highly recommend refrigeration after opening!
➤ "How long do I have to enjoy my syrups after opening?"
This will primarily depend on storage conditions and exposure. Make sure to cap your syrups tightly when they're not in use and to store it in the fridge. Following these best practices, your syrup should last upwards of 6 months.
➤ "Are your products gluten free?"
Yes, all of our syrups are gluten free!
➤ "My syrup looks a little strange after letting it rest for a bit"
Separation naturally occurs due to different densities of the ingredients we use. Just be sure to give the bottle a good shake prior to usage. However, when in doubt, never hesitate to reach out to us if you think you're experiencing any issues with your products!
➤ "Are your products non-alcoholic?"
Yes, all of our products are non-alcoholic!
➤ "What is your exchange & return policy?"
We are confident that you'll love our products, but in the event that you don't, we're happy to issue a refund! Just reach out to us and provide us with an order number.
Unfortunately, due to food safety, we do not accept exchanges for products.
➤ "What is your shipping policy?"
We do our best to get all orders out either same day or next business day (cut off is 12pm CT) with a max of 3 business days. Shipping estimate will be provided based off the option selected upon checkout.
