Lychee Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Vodka of choice
• 0.5 oz prepared Sub-Lime SuperJuice (or fresh lime juice)
• 0.75 oz Lychee Gum Syrup
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueure (optional)
• Soda water or bubbles of choice (optional) 

Directions

1. Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.
2. Shake well until tin is frosty.
3. Strain into serving glass.
4. Top with a splash of your favorite bubbles or soda water (optional! Omit this for a more traditional martini-style cocktail)
5. Garnish as desired with lychee, edible flowers, etc.
