Perfect Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon of choice (preferably 100 proof)
• 0.5 oz Cassia Burnt Sugar Syrup
• 1-2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters (or bitters of choice)

(You can also sub bourbon out for an añejo tequila!)

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir well, approximately 80-100 revolutions (don't skip this part!)
3. Strain and serve over ice in rocks glass. 
4. Garnish with orange peel and Luxardo cherry.
