Sunlit Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white*
  • 2 oz whiskey of choice
  • 0.75 oz prepared Sub-Lime or fresh lime juice 
  • 0.75 oz Passion Fruit Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters (optional) 

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a shaker tin with NO ICE and shake well.
  2. Add ice along with remaining ingredients & shake until tin is frosty.
  3. Strain into serving glass. 
  4. Garnish as desired. 

*If you are omitting the egg white, skip the 1st step and simply combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.
