Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • 0.75 oz prepared Sub-Lime Superjuice (or fresh lime juice)
  • 2 oz Whiskey of choice
  • 0.75 oz Cassia Burnt Sugar Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a shaker tin with no ice and shake well. 
  2. Add ice along w/ remaining ingredients. Shake well until tin is frosty.
  3. Strain into serving glass. 

(If you are omitting the egg white, skip the 1st step and simply combine all ingredients in shaker tin w/ ice.)
