Cranberry Rosemary Syrup Recipes
Cranberry Rosemary French 75
- 1 oz gin
- 0.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Cranberry Rosemary Syrup
- 4 oz champagne
Combine first 3 ingredients in a shaker tin filled with ice. Shake well until the tin is frosty on the outside. Strain & pour into a champagne flute, then top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist (optional).
Cranberry Rosemary Gin & Tonic
- 1 oz Gin Mare gin
- 0.75 oz Cranberry Rosemary Syrup
- 4 oz tonic water (preferably Fever Tree Mediterranean)
Combine gin & syrup in a goblet glass with ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with rosemary sprig, fresh cranberries, lemon wheels, etc.
