Saffron Sidecar

  Step 1: Start with 1.5 oz of cognac of choice. 

  Step 2: Add in 3/4 oz orange liqueur of choice. 

  Step 3: Add in 3/4 oz of our Saffron Honey Syrup. 

  Step 4: Add 3/4 oz lemon juice. 

  Step 5: Add ice & shake well. 

  Step 6:  Garnish, serve, & enjoy! 

 

 

Jardin Contessa 

This is our take on a Contessa for Negroni Week. A Contessa typically replaces two of the traditional Negroni ingredients -- it swaps out Campari for Aperol and dry vermouth instead of sweet. We decided to keep the sweet vermouth for a more balanced finish.   

Step 1: Start with 1.5 oz of Citadelle Gin (feel free to substitute). 

  Step 2: Add in 3/4 oz Aperol. 

  Step 3: Add in 3/4 oz of Carpano Antica. 

  Step 4: Add 1/2 oz of our Saffron Honey Syrup. 

  Step 5: Add ice & stir well. 

  Step 6:  Garnish, serve, & enjoy! 

 
Jardin Contessa

 

 

Gin Old Fashioned 

  Step 1: Start with 1.5 oz of gin of your choice.  

  Step 2: Add in 1/2 oz of Saffron Honey Syrup.  

  Step 3: Add in 2 dashes of bitters. (We prefer Peychaud's.)

  Step 4: Add ice and stir well. 

  Step 5: Serve, garnish, enjoy!
